Holiday Tip #9 - Settle In For A Good Night's Rest

With all the hustle and bustle this season, rest is an important component. 
Sleeping is the way your body renews itself.  Getting enough sleep will give you energy to do all the those 101 things left to do. 
Try taking a nap or just laying down  with your eyes closed and breath deeply...
