The Safest Sex Ever!

Masturbation is not a dirty word or action.  It is a way to get to find out what you like and help others please you.  Girls get busy especially. There are a lot of web sites where you can ask questions, shop for devices that can deliver to your home, and no one the wiser. For you married girls, you should not be left out!

If you have never had a "Big O", experiment with your husband (or partner) and show each other how.  Start slow and build up.  However, if you can only have the "Big O" with your "manual" friend, you may need to turn down the intensity if you are having problems achieving organism with your partner.

Last tip, hand wash and dry your sex toys after every use and decrease a chance of irritation or infection.  Unscented soaps to prevent Miss Sallye from getting a problem.  Have safe and respectful fun!!!!!!

Muffins & More...

If you saw my post on Muffin tops, I've seen somethings that have made me come up with some other descriptions.  Along with Muffins, you have Buffins, Floppins and Cirmuffins.
***Buffins are back fat that hang over your pants
***Floppins are muffins that flop over into the lap
***Cirmuffins  are if you have ALL of the above.
If you any or all of these, there may be a need for shape wear.  You can also maintain a proper diet & exercise  and get your body right!
If you don't want to have any of those labels, do something about it!

Room of Occupancy

Just a note...
Doctors like when a loved one comes to the office with a patient who may not be able to admit some health issues or are elderly.  But please, do not bring a tribe of people with you. Usually, there is limited seating in a doctor office, just enough for you and the other patients and their family, friends, etc...so, only one person,  if possible.

Summertime, STD Time Of The Year

It's just about summer time,  the time of year that I see the most STDs, SEXUAL TRANSMITTED DISEASES. I know it can get hot & heavy, but I would like for everyone to take a moment and cool your jets.  Taking time may save you some exposure to disease.

Most common is Gonorrhea and Chlamydia, Genital Herpes, Genital Warts, Human Papilloma Virus, HIV, and  lastly Syphilis.  A lot of my homosexual patients have been the largest offender of contracting Syphilis.  That population gets the same talk as any of my other sexually active patients, be he or she old or young.

Another thing, ALWAYS turn on lights , get to know the person, oral sex is sex and you can contract STD, condoms and more condoms with any kind of sexual contact, ask questions, never to anything sexually that makes you feel uncomfortable, No is a good word use it and use as often as needed my young ladies and men.  know how to correctly put on a condom read the box. Skin contact bring disease as well so don't be fooled just because you cannot see anything.  The more sexual partners you have the more the risk for contracting STDS.

Let's Talk About Sex!

Hello Everybody!

Since it's STD Awareness Month, I thought this would be a good time for me to "talk dirty" to you!  For the month of April, I will be talking about SEX.   We all know there is a good way and a bad way to do it, I'm not in your bedroom.  But as a Physician,  there is so much I see...even though some folks think they have sex all figured out, they don't.

People have all sorts of questions, like do you still catch STDs this way or that way, should I still have sex if I have a heart condition, all sorts of them.  So, if YOU have a question (or two), I would like to hear from you.  Please go to my website - you can check out some of my videos and e-mail me at lisawelch@atlgoodr.com.  You can also find me on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/atlthegooddr), like my page and leave me a message there.  If you know anyone else that has questions, give them my information as well!

I look forward to hearing from you...also, no question is a stupid one, and I'm not going to put you on blast.  I want you to be well and comfortable in your life, so if I can help, let me know!
