Holiday Tip #10 - Skipping Your Workout  is a NO-NO!

Even though your walking around malls or running to grab those deals, your regular exercise routine is still important.  
Due to time restraints, we sometimes don't work out.  If you get bogged down, try splitting up your workout times.
