Holiday Tip #11 - Massage - A Gift To Give Yourself

With all the muscle strain your can experience from running around, lifting heavy bags, or decorating the house and yard, your muscles are screaming for relief.  
A massage is a wonderful way to help work the holiday stress out of your body.  
If you are a massage virgin, 30 minutes are good to start off with, especially with deep tissue massage, which can be painful when working out our kinks.  Go ahead and  reward yourself...especially if you didn't get what you wanted for christmas.
