Holiday Tip #5 - Snacking Healthy

We love the sweets, and other festive hour doves.  Come game time, we love the chips and nachos.  Yet, when we snack, we can snack healthy.  
There are plenty of low-fat, low calorie recipes that we can use instead of the traditional ones.  So, tis the season to enjoy few of your favorite things, just be keep it light and healthy!
